Mr. Darcy's younger sister, more than ten years his junior, spoken of as very handsome and highly accomplished. The Bingley sisters praise her warmly and would gladly see her married to their brother.

At Pemberley her brother brings her to meet Elizabeth; shy almost to distress, she warms under Elizabeth's ease.

Chapter LVIII

She rejoices, in her quiet way, when her brother's engagement to Elizabeth promises her the sister she has long wished for.
